It’s about our (well, mostly America’s) crazy obsession with cosmetic surgery and is full of must-know info and warnings, as well as smattering of good ol’ juicy gossip. So I was up into the wee hours reading it, only to wake up with decidedly junkie-looking eyes - dark, puffy, red, just like I’d been out partying all night. I have a zillion eye de-puffers in my bathroom but the best fix-it I’ve ever found is the cliched chamomile tea-bag trick. Simply drain two and place over eyes while you relax for ten minutes. Then voila: puffiness is down-sized, the area looks a little brighter, and the redness has mostly drained right away.
