Just found this little gem of a snippet in the January edition of British Vogue (pictured here) … “Prevent a sagging jawline by doing these exercises: … Redefine the chin area: push your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Repeat action over two minutes. … Tip your head back, look at the ceiling, then make a chewing action. Drop your head down, then repeat action over two minutes.”
