There’s so much I love about this Nicole Richie photo. I love the boho dress, the baby bump, the I’ve-been-hanging-out-in-Hawaii sunkissed hair. I even love the bikini-top tan marks. Very un-PC of a beauty writer, I know. I’ve liked the look since Carrie did it some time during an early season of Sex & the City. Of course, I’m not recommending you go out and bake in the sun sans screen. Try instead spraying on a fake tan (like the Model Co Airbrush Tan in a Can) while you’re wearing an old black two-piece. A clever little beauty trick, that one, huh?
