How often should we be using body scrubs? I’m addicted to the feeling of salt and sugar scrubs but five times a week is probably overdoing it, right?

Yes probably … especially when it comes to salt scrubs, as the salt particles can be very abrasive. Sugar scrubs would be a much better bet because the granules are rounder and gentler. Also, if you’re scrubbing on wet rather than dry skin, that makes it all a little less scratchy. So if you really do love a big scrub up, using a sugar-based mix on wet skin a few times a week should be fine, especially if you concentrate on the rougher areas, such as feet, legs and elbows.

  1. I’m addicted to facial and body exfoliants! I’d love to do it daily as well as I love the way my skin feels silky afterwards however I know that this isn’t doing my skin any good. I exfoliate at least once or twice a week.
