Treat your Hands

When applying your skin treatments – say, your antioxidant serum in the morning, your retinol at night - dollop a little extra onto the back of your hands and rub them together. The skin here is thinner and more delicate than that on your face, and just as prone to signs of ageing, so it needs TLC too. Also make sure you’re regularly applying sunscreen to the backs of hands to prevent age spots from developing.

  1. Good tip. I always think it’s such a waste to apply creams and serums with the inside of hands, maybe it’s best to try to use the backs of hands to get the most of skincare? A bit awkward, but worth a try.
