Basically any body brush with quite soft bristles - it shouldn’t feel like a scrubbing brush for the floor. I really like Manicare’s Cellulite/Bristle Brush ($13.45 from pharmacies). On one side you have bristles that are ideal for dry body brushing – just make sure to always work in long, light strokes, an action that will stimulate the lymph system (go any harder and you’re working on circulation instead). And on the other side, there are rubber nodules, which have a fabulous massaging action when your thighs get that heavy feeling. You only need to use the massage side as needed (some experts say that over-massaging may make cellulite worse) – but dry body brush daily, for about five minutes a go, as this will have a definite de-bumping action.
