If you’ve been thinking lately that you need to a) curb those late-night snacking tendencies and b) do something about those wine-stained teeth, here’s some good news: you can do both at once. By brushing and treating teeth early in the evening, you won’t actually want to eat (some food experts also say that the taste of toothpaste can psychologically satisfy a late-night sweet tooth). Just make sure to see your dentist for a custom-fit bleaching kit (such as Colgate Professional) for the best results. PS: true- or blue-red lipstick and bronzer can also contribute to a whiter-, brighter-look smile – as seen at the Michael Kors Spring/Summer 09 show.

I completely agree - as a self confessed sweet lover, brushing your teeth is a way to get rid of the cravings! Nice tip on the teeth whitening as well. I’m about to have mine whitened at a denitst in Sydney - Sydney Dental Professionals. A friend reccomended it to me, they do it in the chair, but I’m going with the take-home option, it’s a bit cheaper and you can see the changes happening gradually.
