My blush always seems to rub off my foundation, especially cream blush. What should I do?

Make sure you’re lightly pressing cream blush into the skin, instead of using your fingers to ‘brush’ it on, which will only wipe away what’s beneath. As for powder blush, go gently here too, using a soft-bristled brush instead of, say, a tightly packed Kabuki type one. You could also try layering blush over a translucent setting powder, which will lock foundation into place and provide a good base for powder blush.
